Refund policy
Refund Policy: If for any reason you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, you may Return or Exchange your item within 7 days of the date your order was received, intact and unused condition. We do not provide prepaid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.
Damage in transit: If you notice that the product is damaged upon delivery, you must first notify us via email within 48 hours of delivery. You will also need to take photographs of the product and send them to us so that we may be able to ascertain the damage and resolve the matter. We will not accept claims of damaged products sent beyond the said 48 hours period of notice or without photographs indicating the defect.
